Thera-Therigatha Theragatha is a pali poetical work of Khuddakanikaya. It has 107 poems attributed to 107 theras (monks). Here religious ideals such as profound peace of mind through extinction of passion and attainment of emancipation of the theras are proclaimed. It possesses considerable literary value for its beautiful description of nature.
Therigatha is a poetical work of Khuddakanikaya containing 73 poems attributed to 73 theris (nuns). It expounds religious ideals in beautiful and dramatic poems.
