Muhammad Shah Bin Hamzah Shah the last sultan of the early Iliyas Shahi dynasty. After the death of his father saifuddin hamzah shah, he declared himself sultan somewhere in Bengal in 814 AH (1412AD). He issued coins and assumed the title of Abu-al-Muzaffar Muhammad Shah bin Hamzah Shah. With his defeat at the hands of Shihabuddin, a slave of Hamzah Shah, and raja ganesha, the zamindar of Bhaturia, his reign and the rule of the early Iliyas Shahi sultans came to an end.
