Bhasa-Sahitya Patra

Bhasa-Sahitya Patra a journal of the Bangla Department of jahangirnagar university, publishes research papers related to bangla language and literature. The first issue of the magazine, edited by Professor Mustafa Nurul Islam, was published in Baishakh-Ashvin, 1380 (1973) with financial support from the bangla academy. Subsequent issues were financed by the university.

The journal was planned as a half yearly, but, since its second issue, it has been published annually. [Mohammad Daniul Huq]
