Katcha River a river originating from Hularhat and Kawkhali upazilas of barisal district. The river flows through Parerhat steamer station and Gazir Char following a confluence with the Baleshwar that falls into the bay of bengal after being renamed as the Haringhata. [Sultana Nasrin Baby]
