Supported by a civil engineering firm the building project was implemented by an established construction company. The new five storeyed building of Udayan Uchcha Madhyamik Bidyalaya has a space of 16,960 square feet and 52 rooms. The cost of construction of this building, procurement of furniture and equipment and transfer at properties from the old site exceeded one hundred million taka, was borne by the school administration from its own fund. At present, the school has about three thousand students, both male and female. Students are admitted here through an open and competitive annual examination.
